Shawn is the sole Owner and designer. Managers and Dispatch handle scheduling and operations. Crew has read-only schedule and movement access; drivers have read-only trip and fleet access. Design, branding, structure and access changes require Shawn’s direction.
Company sign-in is connected. The server checks active membership and permissions for every schedule request. Driver access uses their company account and roster mapping.

Assignments, fleet and drivers save in a separate company test database. Changes appear on refresh and are checked automatically every 20 seconds while this page is visible.
The server checks conflicts and prevents older entries from overwriting newer changes. Production Book delivery currently uses separate test records; the original sheets and live Production Book are unchanged.
Your live weekly sheet remains the source for the existing Production app.

The scheduler’s confirmed movements have been verified in a separate Production Book test app. Live Production Book delivery is not enabled.
Open Production app ↗Enter a Flex Job number and look up the show details. Saving a job movement verifies its number and show name against Flex again. Trucking dates remain the dates you schedule.

Mailbox connection not checked.
Connect this mailbox with Google’s send-only permission. The app will not request inbox-reading access. Driver confirmation emails are enabled when an assignment becomes Confirmed. Rental insurance notifications have a separate delivery status below. Reply handling is still pending.
The original trucking sheet supplies the fleet. The Labor Call Sheet supplies matching driver contacts and people listed for trucking or driving skills. Other crew stay in the reference sheet. Company emails can link existing verified driver accounts; importing contacts does not create accounts or grant access.
